If you download Pinsgo from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and the Apple standard licensed application end user license agreement unless a separate custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect. These Terms supplement those Apple terms for Pinsgo-specific features and services.

1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Pinsgo, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use Pinsgo.
2. What Pinsgo provides
Pinsgo provides translation-related features that may include:
- text translation;
- text adjustment, rewriting, or refinement;
- selection-based translation or adjustment using macOS accessibility features;
- screenshot/OCR translation or adjustment;
- access to system, third-party, custom, or built-in translation sources; and
- subscription-gated or quota-limited features.
Features may change over time, and some features may not be available in all regions, languages, devices, or app versions.
3. Eligibility and your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- using Pinsgo only in compliance with applicable law;
- ensuring that you have the right to submit any text, screenshots, or content you process through the app;
- reviewing the output before relying on it; and
- maintaining the confidentiality of any third-party API credentials you configure in the app.
You must not use Pinsgo to:
- violate intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
- submit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content;
- interfere with or disrupt the app or related services;
- bypass usage limits, subscription checks, or access controls; or
- reverse engineer or misuse Pinsgo or its built-in services except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
4. Translation output and service limitations
Translation, text adjustment, and OCR results may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Pinsgo is not a professional translation, legal, medical, tax, accounting, or safety-critical service.
You are responsible for verifying output before using it for any important decision or publication.
5. Third-party services
Pinsgo may allow you to use Apple services, third-party translation or cloud services, custom endpoints, and infrastructure providers used to operate Pinsgo's built-in service. These third-party services may include services provided by Alibaba Cloud and other third-party service providers.
Those third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies, rate limits, and service practices. Pinsgo is not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, output quality, security practices, or data handling.
6. Built-in service, free limits, and subscriptions
Pinsgo may offer:
- free usage with daily or other limits; and
- paid subscriptions or other entitlements that unlock additional features or higher limits.
Free limits, feature access, and entitlement rules may change.
If Pinsgo offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple:
- payment is charged through your Apple ID account;
- subscription product name, billing period (such as monthly or annual when offered), and localized price are shown in the App Store purchase sheet and in Pinsgo's subscription interface;
- subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
- you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings;
- free trials, if offered, are only available to eligible users and convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled in time; and
- purchase, renewal, refund, and billing handling are subject to Apple's applicable rules and systems.
Pinsgo may suspend access to built-in paid features if entitlement verification fails, a subscription expires, payment is reversed, or fraud/abuse is suspected. Pinsgo may also change feature availability, limits, or supported services over time.
7. Permissions and device requirements
Certain features require system permissions.
- Accessibility permission is used for selection-based translation and adjustment features.
- Screen Recording permission is used for screenshot/OCR translation and adjustment features.
If you do not grant the required permissions, the related features will not work.
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, operating system, and network connection.
8. Intellectual property
Pinsgo and its related branding, software, design, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms and any App Store license terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pinsgo for your personal or internal business use.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
9. Privacy
Your use of Pinsgo is also governed by the Pinsgo Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy
10. Termination
You may stop using Pinsgo at any time.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to built-in services or certain features if:
- you violate these Terms;
- required third-party services become unavailable;
- continued operation creates security, legal, or abuse risk; or
- payment or entitlement status does not support continued access.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute-related provisions where applicable.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pinsgo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any translation result will be accurate or suitable for your needs.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pinsgo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Pinsgo.
If applicable law does not allow certain limitations, those limitations apply only to the maximum extent allowed.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Your continued use of Pinsgo after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
